Richard H. Sutcliffe is a geologist with more than 20 years of experience in mineral exploration and mining. Dr. Sutcliffe is also President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of URSA Major Minerals Inc., a TSXV listed mineral exploration company.

Chris Chadder / President
Mr. Chadder is a Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of experience as an auditor and business advisor to junior resource companies. Mr. Chadder has been with the company since 2004 and formerly held the position of CFO.

James D. A. White* / Director
Since 1993, he has been the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Baynes & White – a medium sized actuarial consulting firm. Prior to that he was Chief Operating Officer of TI Benefit Consultants (actuarial & pension consulting firm) from 1986 – 1993. White has practical experience in most aspects of mining and mineral exploration including underground mining, concentrators, surface diamond drilling, and various aspects of exploration field work.

Bruce Reid* / Director
A geologist with more than 20 years experience as a mining analyst on Bay Street. Mr. Reid is presently CEO of US Silver Corporation.

Brian E. Robertson, P.Eng / Director
Mr. Robertson is a professional engineer who has over 35 years experience in executive management, equity financing, mine operations and development as well as the evaluation of corporate acquisitions. Mr. Robertson recently served as president of Victory Nickel and Nuinsco Resources and played a leading role in the creation of Victory Nickel, a TSX listed company. Prior to joining Nuinsco, he gained extensive operations and mine development experience in both open pit and underground mines in Canada and offshore.
