Patricia Mining Special Shareholders
Meeting - December 11, 2008
A shareholder’s meeting will be held at the Toronto Board of
Trade, 1 First Canadian Place, Toronto, at 10:00am on Thursday,
December 11, 2008 to consider and if deemed appropriate approve
the acquisition of all the outstanding shares of Patricia Mining
Corp. by Richmont Mines Inc. for the payment of Cdn.$0.15 and
0.055 of one common share of Richmont for each one Patricia
Share.
Management strongly recommends that
shareholders vote FOR the transaction.
